Hexacharge has WiFi and Bluetooth built in. It connects with Bluetooth and sends the WiFi credentials to the phone, then disconnects from the Bluetooth network. It works solely on WiFi from that point on.
Hexacharge, CarPlay and MagSafe only supports iPhone 12 & 13 with or without Apple original Magsafe iPhone case.

You can use either iPhone, but if you have both in the car, it will connect to the last paired iPhone.
Yes. The system comes with an instruction manual with simple, step-by-step diagrams detailing how to connect your Hexacharge.
Ensure that your iPhone is connected with Hexacharge using WiFi. Scan the QR code with your camera and click the weblink. Select the version you would like to update. The updating process takes approximately two minutes. Once updated, the Hexacharge will automatically reboot itself.
It should take no longer than 15 seconds for the Hexacharge to connect.
