Making the purchase

Disclosure to Third Parties

We cooperate with these service providers.
To ensure the best level of services for you, we rely on partners helping us with the provision and development of the Store or Website. In this context information may be transferred to Third Parties to the extent that this is necessary for the fulfillment of the Agreement. We may also disclose non-personally identifiable aggregate statistics regarding user behavior in order for us to better understand

Third Parties have access to your information for the purpose of carrying out the Agreement. Such Third Parties are: Shopify, a company providing on line store software;
a company providing order processing, preparation and packing of your order, to be determined;
a shipping carrier that provides shipment of your order to the address, provided in your order, to be determined; PayPal and Shopify through which you make payments to us.
Shopify collects your e-mail address, information on what pages users access and information provided to Shopify by users via surveys and site registrations. Such information may contain personal information about you, including but not limited to your name, billing address, shipping address (if different from your billing address), last four digits of your credit card number, name of credit card. Shopify protects credit card information according to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). Shopify is
not allowed to disclose such personal information without your written permission. However, certain information collected from you and about you is used within the context of providing the Service. The information Shopify collects is not shared with or sold to others
except under the certain circumstances and which your use of the Service is deemed to provide Shopify with valid consent to disclose the following:

Order processing provider collects your name, billing address, shipping address (if different from your billing address), telephone number, information about ordered products and number of the order in order to prepare and pack your order for delivery. Orderprocessing provider is not allowed to disclose such information without you written permission. However, certain information collected
from you and about you is used within the context of providing the Service, otherwise Order processing provider does not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Shipping carrier collects your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address (if different from your billing address), telephone number, any information regarding your order, such as payment information, ordered products and number of order.
Shipping carrier is not allowed to disclose such information without your written permission. However, certain information collected from you and about you is used within the context of providing the Service, otherwise Shipping carrier does not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Shipping carrier’s business partners. For the purposes of making your delivery, Shipping carrier shares your information with its business partners, which have access to information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purpose. Such business partners are national post offices of other countries, which handle the delivery of your packages. Examples include but are not limited to fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail, processing credit card payments and providing customer service.

PayPal. For the purposes of carrying out the agreement (conditional on you selecting PayPal as your payment mode) you enter into with PayPal (for processing the payment to Malinto), PayPal collects your name, address, phone, email, Skype ID and other similar information, the full bank account numbers and/or credit/debit card numbers that you link to your PayPal account or give PayPal when you use the PayPal Services, answer to security questions and information needed to carry out payment to or form third party.
For the purposes of protection against fraud PayPal may verify the information you provide by Payment processors and they might request additional information from you in order to make verification. For the purposes of improving the services and managing load on PayPal’s servers, they also collect the web address of the site that you came from or are going to, which pages of their
website you visit, IP addresses, the type of browser you use and the times you access their website. PayPal also uses cookies. Some PayPal cookies can be disabled by on a per-site basis using the Settings Manager for Adobe Flash Player (to use it on the Adobe website) or by right-clicking on any Flash content displayed on your browser and selecting “Settings” or “Global Settings” from the drop-down menu. From time to time we may conduct a contest or a prize drawn. Participating in such contest or prize drawn is completely voluntarily. Direct Marketing

When you join our membership scheme and make a purchase in our Store you automatically give your consent to be updated on our new products, promotions and other news by using your email. If you do not wish to receive promotional, marketing or research materials please send an email to [email protected] and your email will be excluded from our database. If you do so you will no longer receive special and discount offers from us.
Further, newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe of receiving further information from us at any time by informing us at [email protected] and we will have you removed within four (4) weeks.
If you wish to opt out from conducting a survey, do not click on the survey button or deny answering the survey questions and if you wish to opt out from participating in a contest or prize drawn, do not click on the contest or prize button or deny entering your information.
